Finally Packaging

Finally is a light bulb company that makes incandescent light bulbs which are more efficient light bulbs in comparison to LEDs. They also emit a different color light that is a bit warmer than the average LED bulb. I was tasked with the re-design for the bulb packaging, and slightly modifying their logo. Their ask for this re-design was to have the package feel very modern and clean to allow the logo to pop and have the package stand out on shelf against competitors that are using lots of full color. Instead of keeping the design completely white as was asked, I pulled a nice warm yellow to represent the light and incorporated into the logo and the package. As a very simple approach, I used this newly established brand yellow to band across the bottom of the package to tie all the package SKUs together to make a large brand block on shelf. A particular aspect of the light that they named and trademarked called "V3 Vitalizing Spectrum" was something they wanted to heavily leverage with the brand as a benefit. For this, I created a gradient colored circle violator to represent this important feature. In addition to the design of the package, I worked on a display shipper and a demonstration box.
